Important Details

PAYMENT

An initial deposit of £200 by bank transfer for entry in The Italian Job 2025. You will receive details on how to do this and your reference number by email once you have completed the form.

A second deposit of £600 is due 20 weeks prior to the departure date. The balance of all costs is due 10 weeks prior to the departure date.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:

£100 up to 20 weeks prior to departure. £300 for 19 to 5 weeks prior to departure plus all costs charged by suppliers.

CANCELLATION ON OR AFTER 5 WEEKS will be treated as a non-show unless replaced by an alternative team.
